So, if you've purchased one of our products that does not put a lasting smile on your face, does not meet and exceed your expectations...

We will humbly and speedily process a refund or an exchange of your purchased item that is grossly defective due to workmanship or materials.

Our guarantee is for one (1) year from its date of purchase.

You must register your product within 7 days of its purchase to activate your guarantee.

To help us promptly process your refund or exchange please email us at Support@TeakCulture.com with proof of purchase (order or invoice number).

Also, please attach at least three (3) well-lit, hi-resolution photos taken from different angles displaying the claimed defects. This way we can show the photos to our factory manager in Indonesia, and ensure that it never happens again.
